    I'm getting the following error when I try to open the shortcut to FortiClient that I previously got installed:

    "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

    To solve the issue, I tried all the solutions from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2669244, but I'm still getting the same error. Also, I did a clean boot and it still isn't working.

    Any help will be appreciated. Thanks!
